All tents and canvas products come with insured shipping and a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Please note: this guarantee covers manufacturing issues (such as bad stitching and water-proofing), it is not a blanket insurance policy against damage caused by wear and tear or adverse weather conditions, such as high wind. Poles bending in high winds are not a warranty issue and replacements can be purchased from us from £30 plus shipping. Please see our Returns Policy for more.

You can collect tents and selected accessories from us between 11am and 4pm Monday to Friday by appointment only.

Please call us on 07830 355 993 to place your order and let us know when you are planning on coming to collect. We do not hold stock of all our items here at our warehouse so it is a good idea to check in advance to avoid disappointment when you get here. *Please note no items are secured until full payment is received.
