Chindi or Rag rugs originate in Northern India and are made from recycled fabrics - typically off-cuts from clothing factories. As a result, they are a really sustainable product.

The 4m comes in a full moon size, so it fits your bell tent perfectly. Its tightly woven construction is very hard-wearing and easy to hand or spot clean - making it ideal for use in colder weather.

A life changer!

Since purchasing our 4m bell tent last year, we have been looking for ways to make small upgrades to it to give it that extra touch of luxury, and this chindi rug has truly delivered. It's comfortable, gentle on the knees and bare feet, easy to clean, and fits perfectly in our tent. It gives the perfect inviting vibe to our tent.

Much Better

My mate has the coor matting in his bell Tent but I went for this instead.
Packs up small, soft and warm and no bits of coir all over the car.
They say you can get it washed at the Landrette so I might consider that after next season.

Best purchase made

Having just purchased a 4m bell tent I needed something warm to cover the built in pvc ground sheet.
I was put off the appearance of half moon overlapping matting which looked ugly and uncomfortable on bare feet
This rag style chindi rug has exceeded my expectations.
It fits the internal dimensions of my tent perfectly.
As soon as its laid down my tent becomes instantly warm and inviting.
I have had lots of positive comments from friends and family.
It is a little on the heavy side by its nature and I found it impossible to fit back into the cotton bag it comes in. The problem was solved by purchasing a second canvas bag like the one supplied with my tent.
