My Delivery

How long will my delivery take?
Most of our stock is shipped directly from our warehouse and takes 2-3 working days however some items are dispatched directly from suppliers and delivery times can vary.

Who will deliver my order?
For orders within the UK Parcel Force will deliver your order and for customers outside of the UK we use DHL.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking details from our couriers letting you know when you should expect your delivery, if you are unable to see their email please check your spam.

Do I need to be in for a delivery?
Not going to be in? No need to worry Parcel Force gives you control with interactive texts and email options, such as rescheduling, leaving goods with a specified neighbour, Post Office collection or leaving in a safe place. If you get stuck just call us on 07830 355 993.

What does my warranty cover?
Our tents come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects, please find more details on our warranty here.

Our Tents

Is my tent waterproof?
Our canvas has been impregnated with an anti-fungal waterproofing agent that is effective for up to 60 weeks of use. Please note that cotton can, when new, let some water through and leak around the seams. After the canvas has been wet once this will no longer happen because of the cotton expanding. How do I care for my tent?

How should I store my tent?

Always pack your tent away bone dry and store in a dry secure place. Please find further advice on caring for your canvas tent here.

Can I use my Bell Tent as a permanent structure?
Even though some people put up our tents long-term, we sell Bell Tents as camping accommodation, not permanent structures. For more info on this please refer to the professional and long-term use part of our Terms & Conditions page here.

Is my tent fire proof?
All Premium and Pro canvas is tested to adhere to European to BS5852 standards. This is the 'cigarette test' that shows that the tent will not ignite when burnt by the likes of a cigarette. If burnt with the likes of a gas burner it takes an average of five seconds to ignite and will not drip molten plastic as with polyester tents.

We offer 4 metre and 5 metre Deluxe Bell Tents in Fire Proof Canvas. This is a much heavier canvas with a different look to our normal tents. We recommend only buying this tent if it is vital for you to have this level of fire proofing.

Where can I view a tent?
During the summer months when the sun is shining we open up on Saturdays for you to view our tents and accessories.
