Why can't I combine shipping on all of my order?
We can combine shipping on some of our items in stock, and not on others. Most of our items come from our warehouse, which we can combine the shipping of up to 30kg. Shipping costs for each directly shipped item can be found on their specific product page. If you order more than one item directly from the supplier, the shipping will be combined on those items, up to a specific weight limit. This will be calculated automatically at the checkout process. We have done our utmost to make sure shipping is as cheap as possible and will continue to do so. We rely on our direct suppliers to let us know when items are out of stock, and update our site when we can.
If your item is in stock please allow around 2-3 working days for delivery, but please call us if you are in a real rush and we'll try to get it to you sooner!

Yes, we ship abroad with DHL. We don't sell tents to France or Belgium as we have a partner in those territories and can put you in contact with them. We sell and ship all of our other products to these areas however. Our site calculates international shipping for most products to most of the world, but feel free to call or email us with your location and the products you'd like if you have any questions.
Please note: We ship internationally on a 'Delivery at Port' basis, which means that we are responsible for arranging your order to be delivered to a place you specify (most commonly your home address). We are not responsible, however, for effecting customs clearance, and we are not liable for any customs duties or taxes that may be applicable in your country.
