We sell both options, and also now offer a larger, more powerful, version of the Through the Roof Stove - see our 4kw Bell Tent Stove. So consider these points before deciding which is best for your needs.
We hope this helps you make the right decision, and feel free to contact us on 07830 355 993 if you have any quesitons!

Very similar to our Tipi Stove...only slightly different - it has less height on the flue. It comes with a rubber flashing and metal plate to help you fix it to the tent (as with the Bell Tent Stove). The chimney will go through one of the main roof panels, slightly towards the side of the tent rather than going straight up through the top of the roof, as with the Tipi Stove or through the side panels on our Bell Tent Stove.
The flue pipe is very easy to assemble - just by slotting one part on top of another, then fixing it into your stove. Make sure the thicker part of the pipe is the part going through the canvas.

To attach the flue to the tent, all you have to do is cut the hole in the canvas, and feed the flue kit through, putting the rubber flashing on the outside and the metal plate inside. You then permanently seal them together, hence why this stove is for permanent use only as you'll find it hard to un-stick the two once its been done!
We have to put this as you are literally playing with fire.
Bell Tent UK takes no responsibility for the misuse of this product or for any damage caused by using it. Bell Tents from us may not be pre-fireproofed, if you chose not to add this option, so if you feel that is necessary make sure you do it yourself. This stove is a sealed unit, so with some common sense you can protect yourselves. We recommend that you always put a mat or piece of carpet under your stove as sparks will go straight through the groundsheet. Always have a means of putting out a fire within reach and always make sure the fire is put to bed before you are.
This is a good temperature to warm up a tent without becoming a furnace.
Do not use artificial means to make your stove burn hotter (like constantly blowing or fanning the flares). You risk damaging the stove kit and even your tent.
In a small attempt to save trees and resources we no longer include paper instructions with our tents - we have seen too many sets of instructions blowing past at too many festivals. Click below to download the instruction PDF and, if possible, familiarise yourself with them on screen (they are pretty logical and only usually require one read) before going camping and only print them off if you really need to.
