Fabulous yet practical door mats – great for tents or at home.

Imported from India and made by skilled craftsmen, these mats roll up small for easy transportation, and are great dirt and dust catchers to keep your tent looking spick and span. The door mats have rounded corners to match the shape of our Bell or Tipi Tents and when used in conjunction with our other rugs you are able to create great cosy, comfy and warm floor coverings.

Available in two sizes: medium (90x150cm) and large (120x180cm), the medium works really well in our 4m Bell Tent and the larger one in both our 5m Bell and Tipi Tents. 

Tried and tested all summer in our rental tents in Hotel Bell Tent these doormats work a treat!

The manufacturer of our Jute Doormats (and Eco Natural Handloomed Rugs) takes pride in being a family run business that makes quality hand-made durries (rugs). It all began with Grandma setting up a spinning wheel and a hand loom in the corner of the house, to spin the yarn to make durries which were used in the family home. This was passed down, and by 1979 three grandsons had begun to weave durries for the retail industry in the towns and cities of India. Ten years later one of her grandsons further expanded the business by setting up a branch in the UK. His long experience in making durries enables him to produce the highest quality and best designed rugs.

• All the rugs are hand-made on the loom using recycled yarn, natural fibres and vegetable dyes
• From the raw yarn to the finished item, all our products pass through at least 10 pairs of hands
• The work is done in the factory by craftsmen and women whose skills have been passed down from generation to generation, including training for weavers and education for their families
• On no condition are children employed
• The care and concern for their workers goes hand in hand with their commitment to their suppliers and the environment
