Our 2010 Bell Tents have lots of little clever upgrades. Thanks to the feedback from our buyers we’ve listened and tweaked and added options like an inner tent. All our Bell Tents now have the fittings to add the optional inner with the added bonus of having loops and hoops that can be used hang anything you fancy. (See our tea light chandeliers)

Bell Tents offer all the joys of camping under canvas without all the hassle associated with other canvas tents. They pack down small and take one person less than 1/4 of an hour to put up or take down.

This 5 meter Bell Tent comfortably fits three double air mattresses(If you fancy a love in or for a family) but if you just go for the one its’ like a palace in there. (The images below show our queen size mattress on it’s own and with two of our large single mattresses to give you an idea).

5 metre Inner Tent

We now offer an optional inner tent that gives you the best of both worlds for £99 (+ £8 shipping to mainland UK if not brought with tent).

Our Inner tents take up the half of the tent opposite the door to create a separate insulated and bug proof bed room.

Something to think about

If you are buying a Bell Tent with the intention of putting an inner in it you might want to consider the size of Bell Tent you’re after.

The reason we mention this a 4 metre Bell Tent is perfect for a family of four or five but when you then cut the space in half with an inner you are creating two half moon areas that don’t lend themselves well to fitting in many rectangle mattresses. If you want to sleep four people in a 4 metre Bell Tent with inner you’ll find that one of you will be sleeping outside the inner.

If you upgrade to 5 metre Bell Tent with inner you’ll all fit in the inner tent and have a bedroom area and living area.

The other thing to consider is not being able to use our tea light chandelier at the same time as an inner tent as they both need the same space around the central pole.
