Delivery Information

Please note: for security reasons all first orders paid with by card can only be shipped to a billing address, and order paid for via Paypal to the confirmed address on the account. If an alternative address is entered when you place your first order, it will still go through but not be processed and we will contact you to take another method of payment before we can ship anything (other payment methods include bank transfer and cleared cheque).

When you order with us, we always strive to get the items to you in the most cost-effective way for you:

Our tents are all shipped individually as we found if they are shipped with anything else things end up squashed or broken! Mainland UK tent orders are shipped via XDP (signature required), for £10 each.

Single accessory items to mainland UK, with the right dimensions, from our warehouse, will be shipped out via Royal Mail. If you order more than one accessory, we will ship it via XDP (signature required), for £6. We will combine items together as much as we can for you.
 

Why can’t I combine shipping on all of my order?

 
We can combine shipping on some of our items in stock, and not on others. Most of our items are from our warehouse, which we can combine the shipping on (up 35kg), apart from our tents, however some items come directly from the suppliers so will be shipped separately.  Shipping costs for individual direct ship items can be found on their specific product page. If you order more than one item directly from the supplier, the shipping will be combined on those items, to a specific weight limit. This will be calulated automatically at the checkout process. We have done our upmost to make sure shipping is as cheap as possible and will continue to do so. We reply on our direct suppliers to let us know when items are out of stock, and update our site when we can.
Our shipping promise is up to 5 working days for standard delivery but most deliveries arrive within 3 days as we use a 48 hour service.
Any order to go anywhere other than mainland UK will be quoted at the end of your order, or you can go to the estimated shipping page to get a rough idea as to how much it will come to before you place your order.

Do I need to be in for a delivery?

All our deliveries require a signature so that nothing is lost. The XDP courier will try to deliver the tent to your address, and, if no-one is home, will try a neighbour and leave you a card to let you know where your delivery is. If they're unsuccessful, they will leave you a card, and you can call them to arrange another time. If you get stuck just call us on 07830 355 993.
 

Do we ship abroad?

Yes, we ship abroad, with DHL We don't ship tents to France or Belgium as we have a partner in those territories but do sell everything else there. Drop us a line if you live there and we can put you in contact with them. Our site calculates international shipping for most products to most of the world but feel free to call or email us with your location and the products you'd like if you have any questions. There are certain products we don't ship internationally due to their size and weight making it not viable. The coir 1/2 moon matting is an example as you can't fold them and rolls cost a bomb to internationally ship. We ship internationally on a DAP basis, which means that we are responsible for arranging your order to be delivered to a place you specify (most commonly your home address). We are not responsible, however, for effecting customs clearance, and we are not liable for any customs duties or taxes that may be applicable in your country.
