New for 2008 Bell Tent UK is offering rental packages of their Bell Tents and accessories.

All Tents and Accessories are Rented on a weekly basis Packages range from renting the tents on a

Dry Hire Basis

Client receives tents and accessories and does all the work themselves

Basic Bell Tent Camp Erected

Tents are delivered, erected and then removed at the end of the hire.

Full On Bell Tent Camp Erected

Tents, mattresses and all other chosen Accessories are delivered, erected and removed at the end of the hire.

Other Factors

Prices depends on amount of bell tents hired 5% Discount for 10 or more tents

Distance and petrol Delivery by hand is charged at Ł1 per mile to mainland UK

Amount of time it will take Labour charged out at Day Rate of Ł130 per day

Dry Hire Basis - Weekly Rate

4 metre Bell Tent £80

4 metre Deluxe or 5 metre Bell Tent £100

5 metre Deluxe £120

Tents can be collected from London SW17

Shipping by courier is approx £15 per tent per journey. Delivery at £1 per mile.

Basic Bell Tent Camp Erected

The same as Dry Hire but with the following added

Labour at Ł130 per day Minimum 1 employee 2 days to set up/ take down on up to 10 tents Over 10 tents = 2 employees minimum 2 days

Mileage Charged at Ł1 per mile both ways on both trips (If only being used for 1 night and miles from London we will consider staying over night for the price of a reasonable local B&B)

Full On Bell Tent Camp Erected

Same as Basic Camp but the as many of the following options as required (plus any ideas you might have.)

Classic Inflatable Mattress Package . High quality red and blue classic Airbed Double Ł15 pw Single Ł10 pw

Ultimate Inflatable Mattress package . Ł30 pw We supply a high end double mattress which comes with the option of either being two single height double beds or be zipped together to create one Double Height Double Mattress.

Camping with Soul pack Ł60 pw Tea Light chandelier with flickering LED tea lights that hangs round centre pole 2 x mini folkart bedside tables 2 x Moroccan Lanterns with LED tea lights 2 x rag rugs for the entrance

Sheepskins Ł15 pw

Reindeer hides Ł25 pw

Stove and Full stove kit

including Charcoal , Stove tools and Fire Extinguisher Ł90 p w

Fire pit tripod with chain

Including Dutch Oven and tool Ł35 pw

If you are having a small private party Bell Tent UK also has a selection of other items that will help to make it go off in style. Terms

Bell Tents from Bell Tent UK are not treated to be fireproof, any fire or naked flame in or around our tents is totally the responsibility of the party renting the tent. Bell Tent UK takes no responsibility for any damage or injury resulting from fire and if you burn your tent you own it.

Deposit

Credit card details are taken and the replacement value of the tents are as follows:
4 metre Bell Tent	Ł250
4 metre Deluxe or 5 metre Bell Tent	Ł300
5 metre Deluxe	Ł350

If the main tent is undamaged other parts cost: Broken Pole Ł30 each Missing pegs at Ł0.50 Damaged / lost ground sheets Ł35 Main Tent is ripped = full replacement value and you own the tent.
